Lubrication Coordinator
Location: Customer Site, South Molton
Hours of Work: 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
Are you an experienced professional in the mechanical, chemical, or production environment? Are you a hands-on individual who thrives on managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining optimal plant performance? If so, we want you to join our dynamic Fluid Management team as a Lubrication Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will lead the management of fluid systems, lubricants, and waste streams at a key customer site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fluid Management: Oversee all fluid management activities, ensuring the safe and efficient handling, application, and disposal of lubricants and fluids.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and allocate tasks to the fluid management team, ensuring timely completion of activities.
  • Maintenance Schedules: Apply and change lubricants according to planned maintenance schedules.
  • Coolant & Wash Cleanouts: Perform thorough cleanouts of coolant and wash systems.
  • Condition Monitoring: Monitor and control fluid levels, plant equipment conditions, and prepare detailed reports using our in-house system.
  • Waste Management: Ensure safe and compliant disposal of fluid waste off-site.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as a point of contact for the customer, participating in operational meetings to address fluid management needs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all 5S and Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

  • You are qualified and experienced in a mechanical, chemical, or production environment.
  • You thrive in a hands-on role with the flexibility and adaptability to respond to different challenges.
  • You are self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members and customers effectively.
