Land & Nature Data & Performance Analyst

A fantastic 12 month opportunity to lead on our Land & Nature data and insights work across our national team. The role is for three days a week, although some flexibility in this may be possible.

What it's like to work here You'll be based in the Delivery Support Unit within Land & Nature. This team works across all our strategic areas of Nature, Climate Action, Let Estate, Buildings and Nature Cities and Towns.

The role will be a hybrid role, working from home and with the expectation to work within one of our National Trust offices or places, including Heelis (Swindon) when required.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Planning and Programmes for Land & Nature, this role will have four main accountabilities:

You'll continue to evolve and deliver a comprehensive and effective reporting tool, which is shared across the organisation.

You'll lead on ad-hoc areas of work, where teams require expertise in data analytics and insight visualisation, supporting them to ask the right questions and make smart decisions.

You'll influence our shift to a more data & insight informed culture across our national team.

You'll be adaptable to requirements required of your team and be a positive influence within our approach.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has positive energy and the ability to pick-up skills and systems quickly. Understanding and experience in data and insight analytics / visualisation is helpful but not required.
