The Role:
As a Client Money Handler, you'll play an integral role in our dynamic team, you'll be the backbone of our client accounting team, offering vital support. Full training will be provided, so don't worry if you're not familiar with all the duties.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment of insurer accounts.
- Conducting routine checks on insurer accounts and addressing any outstanding credits or debits.
- Organizing payments for insurers online through BACS.
- Handling various client payments
- Raising queries and maintaining meticulous logs for unallocated cash receipts.
- Issuing refunds to our valued clients.
- Conducting thorough checks on payments made.
- Keeping a close eye on client receipts and ensuring timely banking.
- Preparing comprehensive lists of third-party payments made.
