We are seeking an experienced individual who will continue to inspire and motivate the staff and pupils to make excellent progress at this Nursery.
One of our Nurseries are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join their team from September on either a full time or part time basis. The ideal candidate will become part of a passionate and enthusiastic early years team, enabling children to develop into happy and confident individuals, within a warm and welcoming early years environment. You will have strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and demonstrate a complete commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils. Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral care and support to children within a secure learning environment
  • Assist with the development of a child's personal, social, language and physical coordination abilities
  • Develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources
  • Encourage mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play
  • To ensure a close match between the learning experiences offered and the individual needs of the learners in the class, to give each learner a personalised opportunity to achieve the maximum of their potential
  • To effectively lead and develop all support staff within the class in the best interest of the pupils through collaborative working
  • Be committed to continually improving classroom practice

RequirementsHave a valid in-date Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)Must have experience teaching EYFS Framework materials and studentsHave a resilient character and a strong personal driveHave an unwavering determination to work with students of all abilities
