THE ROLE
As a Customer Experience Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Performing qualitative and quantitative research, creating dashboards and reporting back to senior leadership on the performance of key metrics
- Brief, scope and create documentation on projects
- Ensure end to end collaboration is seamless
- General exploration and innovation - market research, what are competitors doing?
Your Skills And Experience
- Experience with Google Analytics is needed
- Experience with any data visualisation tool
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Previous experience in Financial or insurance sector is a must
