Description
- Use Salesforce to process and correct any credits and reinvoices generated by our QR team.
- Through processing credits and reinvoices, interpreting and analysing data - Strong ability to work with complex data and present the information in a clear, logical, and concise way.
- Attention to detail to drive accuracy and ensure high billing accuracy.
- Resolving any billing issues created from amendments.
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within our QR team and across Finance Operation teams where applicable.
- Champion & drive the query resolution process within other departments.
- Managing 4 mailboxes including the Dunning process.
- Occasional ad hoc projects and tasks and determined by the Head of QR.
Profile
- Previous experience in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience.
- Ideally experience of working within Salesforce.
- Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
