An esteemed IT Support Company is currently seeking an Information Support Officer - Data Protection Analyst to provide information and data to the Data Lead and Data Protection Officer (DPO) as requested for governance reporting requirements.

As the Information Rights Officer - Data Protection Analyst you will support the Data team, Data Lead and DPO to work towards actions outlined and identified in the Data strategy, in turn working towards the overall improving data service provision for their academy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with team members of both IT & Data to continually improve service and standards.
- Coordinate information for data protection requirements (DSARS, DPIAs and DPAs) under the relevant legal frameworks.
- Works with all interested parties to establish effective relationships between stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Data Protection Analyst with strong experience in Information Rights or Data Protection.
- Good understanding of the best practices and current laws surrounding information rights and data protection.
- Previous experience working on a data protection compliance program.
- Any experience or knowledge of software and systems used in education, or experience giving training on data protection.
- * Due to the nature of the position, you must hold a full drivers license and have access to a vehicle.
