Contract CRM Campaign Manager

Spectrum IT are working with a highly recognisable UK centric ecommerce brand to recruit a Contract CRM Campaign Manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract. This role will be based in their London office (Kings Cross) and has been deemed Inside IR35.

As the CRM Campaign Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving success, through the delivery and execution of cutting-edge multi-channel CRM programs and activities across email, push, SMS, onsite personalisation and more. You will have excellent creativity, attention to detail, data literacy, technical knowledge, and be comfortable working a fast paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will focus on strategic development and ongoing enhancement of CRM campaigns & programs. This will include briefing design and copy teams to create best practice & reviewing designed emails and other communications, building audiences, templates and workflows in the Braze platform and working with the wider Martech stack as it develops.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel campaign management: scoping, build, set up, test, QA and deployment of CRM campaigns for all channels (email/SMS/Push/Social/Display/Onsite), ensuring accuracy, consistency of brand execution, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience at all times.
  • Work with the Head of Trade CRM to design complex automated campaigns and journeys, taking responsibility for their delivery using internal and external tools.
  • Brief copy and content requirements that deliver against a highly segmented approach to campaign and journey delivery.
  • Report and track campaign and channel performance and improve KPIs for all campaigns.
  • Deliver A/B testing methodologies and execute upon them.
  • Work closely with CRM and Analytics colleagues to ensure optimisation is embedded within the culture of the CRM team.
  • Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, while adhering to internal processes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across Marketing, Product, Data and Insights, Engineering and more to ensure gold standard delivery.
  • Play a key role in developing the CRM Playbook and documentation, ultimately becoming the owner responsible for these assets being an up-to-date source of truth.

Skills

  • Highly skilled Braze Specialist - must have hands on experience of building audiences, canvasses/campaigns, email/push/IAM/content card templates.
  • Expert level experience in Liquid Logic.
  • Previous experience working with Product or Engineering teams to identify and deliver data into the Braze platform.
  • Extensive experience working in CRM with a multi-channel lens across email, SMS, push, etc.
  • Experience delivering cohesive CRM programmes that seamlessly integrate with the outbound and inbound call activity of Sales and Operations teams.
  • Essential: Hands on campaign building experience with multi-channel marketing hubs.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Pardot / SFMC, Cheetah, Klaviyo (desirable)
  • Experience with tactical campaigns, lifecycle trigger automations and customer data segmentation.
  • Experience in delivering campaign testing and optimisation plans.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end campaign development and execution within a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable, but not essential: HTML coding experience.
  • Knowledge of the data governance landscape (GDPR, PECR) and how it impacts CRM Operations.
  • Must have excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
