What will the Senior Airport Civil Engineer be doing?
We are looking for senior engineers to play a vital role in delivering exciting opportunities to support on a wide range of international and UK based airport projects. Your day to day will consist of working closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions which will encompass a variety of tasks such as; coordinating the delivery of schemes from concept to design, preparing briefs, contributing to bid proposals, and undertaking technical design work within an airport environment. Ideally, we are looking for engineers with several years of design experience; however, if this does not quite match yours, we would still be interested to hear from you.
We need the Senior Airport Civil Engineer to have the following...
- Be a Chartered Civil Engineer
- Airfield and infrastructure design experience, including successful delivery of schemes from concept to detailed design
- Knowledge of either Airport or Highways pavement design, materials specification, and maintenance with an appreciation of principles and application of UK and international pavement design methods.
- Experience in developing client relationships and work winning activities.
- Ability to prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals
