Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Sealing Products)

Department: Engineering Location: Aberdeen Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Their experienced mechanical and electrical engineers are dedicated to finding the most suitable and economical solution for each individual application. Using key technologies—Low Voltage Heat (LVH), Quick Pulse Heat (QPH), ImPulse Heat (IPH), Profiled Die Heat (PDH), Hot Air Heat (HAH), Continuous Rotary Heat (CRH), and Continuous Band Heat (CBH)—they can provide the perfect heat sealing solution for any application needs Job Overview: The Electrical Engineer specialising in sealing products will design, develop, and oversee the production of electrical systems and components used in sealing applications.

This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure that the sealing products meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Key Requirements:

Design and develop electrical systems and components for sealing products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Perform simulations and testing of electrical components to ensure functionality and reliability.

Collaborate with mechanical engineers, materials scientists, and other professionals to integrate electrical components into sealing products.

Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot electrical issues in sealing products. Evaluate and select appropriate materials and components for electrical systems in sealing products.

Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and sealing technologies

Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during the production process.

Ensure that all electrical designs comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) licence is preferred. Additional Skills/Abilities:
