In your first few weeks in this HSE Manager role, you can expect to:
Analyse the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
- Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
- Coach and support the site managers and employees in Group updates to HSE Rules & Guidelines
- Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations

- Previous operational experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
- NEBOSH Diploma qualification
- Working Knowledge of UK legislation pertaining to health, safety and environment
- General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies
