YOUR ROLE:
- Deliver exceptional retail service both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
- Lead with confidence and expertise, working closely with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team.
- Guide, mentor, and develop your team to meet and exceed commercial targets, contributing to the store's ongoing success.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in Fashion Retail as a Supervisor, Deputy, or Assistant Manager.
- A strong track record of managing KPIs and budgets, with a focus on driving store performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, an energetic approach, and a naturally influential personality.
- A mature, steady leadership style, with the ability to connect with and motivate team members across all levels.
