Description

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Organise and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access and retrieval
  • Manage and maintain the Executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Screen and prioritise incoming communications, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally
  • Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Other additional and /or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
  • Coordinate and manage communication with key contacts, including clients, partners, and board members

Profile

  • Experience supporting C-suite level
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
