About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Graduates to join our team as Teaching Assistants in SEND schools across Liverpool. You'll work alongside experienced educators, supporting students with special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEND
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Support classroom management and behaviour
  • Help foster an inclusive, positive learning environment
  • Build relationships with students, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A Psychology Graduate or a related field
  • Passionate about working with children and young people with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to learn
