We are recruiting a HR Process Lead for a business based in north Cambs. The role could be offered on a Ltd Co contract or PAYE.
Ideally between 3-5 days per week, upto 3 months.
Hybrid working on offer.
The organisation are implementing a new HRIS, Access HR and they are looking for someone to review their HR processes, to ensure they are captured in the new HRIS.
The role will involve:
Reviewing, challenging and developing HR processes through the new HRIS
Project management to ensure all processes are ready before the launch of the new HRIS
Solution design – review, challenge and propose solutions
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who has created HR processes.
Experience and knowledge required:
- Experienced HR professional with experience of developing HR processes
- Understanding of HR systems and how they factor into HR processes.
- Analytical and Problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Self-motivated, resilient and able to deal with changing environments
