Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialized diagnostic testing in cell pathology.
- Perform and interpret complex cellular analyses.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Maintain high standards of laboratory practice and quality control.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff and colleagues.
- Stay updated with advances in cell pathology techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist.
- Proven experience in cell pathology.
- Excellent knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
