The successful Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate will be managing a caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters on behalf of a range of clients to include NHS Resolution. There will also be opportunities to get involved with inquest and advisory matters.
The ideal candidate should have between 2-6 years PQE and experience of handling a defendant Clinical Negligence caseload, however those with a claimant background are also encouraged to apply.
