- *Role Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, supporting schools in the Bradford area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering sickness calls and pre-planned absences, ensuring that students continue to receive a high standard of education in the absence of their regular teachers.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Implement lesson plans and ensure students remain on task with their work.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Provide support and assistance to students as required.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- *Requirements:**
- Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and curricula.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
