Quality Manager
- You'll oversee quality control, manage key processes, and support improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance efforts throughout the production process, with a strong focus on maintaining long shelf-life products.
- Operate within a B2B environment with no retail-facing obligations, allowing you to focus on continuous quality improvements.
- Oversee operational processes, addressing process-related issues and maintaining product safety.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Technical.
- Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
- Lead, mentor, and support the team on the factory floor, encouraging a culture of quality and excellence.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality control processes.
- Hands-on leadership skills with a focus on driving quality improvements and resolving issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
