Communications and engagement officer
We are seeking a communications and engagement officer with previous experience in the public sector to join our client based in Swadlincote on a temporary ongoing basis.
Location: Swadlincote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm
Payrate: £23.98 to £27.44 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging content using a range of tools and by developing strong stakeholder relationships.
- Developing creative video content, including scripting, storyboarding, capturing, and editing content.
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Communicating effectively with other members of the team in relation to projects.
- Completing projects accurately within a timely manner to complete deadlines.
Requirements:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing or a relating field is required.
- Previous experience to exposure in public sector industries.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet specific deadlines.
