Key Duties:
- Oversee customer contract renewals and maintenance logs, ensuring accurate and timely updates and invoicing.
- Proactively reach out to customers to secure purchase orders for new periods, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity of service.
- Efficiently process sales orders and invoices in relevant systems, maintaining smooth order flow and ensuring customer needs are met.
- Manage customer records and key information across platforms internal systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date data.
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries via phone and email, offering solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Key Competencies/Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt responses and timely resolution of customer requests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in using CRM and order management systems.
Conditions:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours/week)
