Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by our client, who are a growing Independent and a highly regarded practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and designers, based in the Cotswold District. Brief job details:
- Mainly carrying out building surveys.
- A significant percentage of work is on traditional and Listed buildings.
- Most of the projects are located in the Southwest of England, predominantly in the Cotswolds.
- The client base includes private clients, rural estates, local authorities, charities, developers and contractors
Candidates:
- Will need to be MRICs with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Have a working knowledge of planning and heritage legislation and building regulations.
- Onsite experience, project management & contract administration (JCT suite).
- Building Surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2. Commercial Surveys. Maintenance and dilapidations inspections, schedules, and negotiations.
- Projects: Commercial, Residential, Conservation. Construction design and management for a range of commercial, residential and heritage projects.
- Practice management experience will be an advantage.
