My client is a global leader in automotive manufacturing, who are searching for a Programme Manager to join their team.
In this role you will lead the E2E delivery of complex programmes, introducing new software and technologies to market leading products.
The role is permanent and is based in Manchester with hybrid working.
Description
- Support E2E system integration lifeycle.
- Ensure technical solutions meet project goals.
- Align project milestones and maturity targets.
- Support traceability and test plans
- Define and evaluate features for reporting and control.
- Report on domain-level technical status and progress.
- Support change management in the domain.
- Support an increase in Agile methodology understanding and adoption.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Profile
- Experience in an Product Owner/Project Manager/Programme Manager related role
- Background in automotive, aerospace, defence or manufacturing industries is desirable
- Experienced in Agile methodologies
- Experience in taking ownership and problem-solving complex software products
- Experience in supporting teams to deliver against challenging deadlines
