Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Accountant on a part time basis (15 - 24 Hours per week). The role is working for a well established company in Tolworth. You will be required to be office based for this role.
Sales Ledger
- Process and posting of weekly and monthly sales invoicing
- Producing customer reports
Purchase Ledger
- Processing supplier invoices, payments and remittances
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries
Cash/Expenses
- Reconciling company credit card statements and expenses
General Duties/Admin/Ad-hoc
- Assisting different departments and undertake other duties at a similar level as and when needed.
