Workshop Team Leader Role Overview
As the Workshop Team Leader in our clients Aviation Part 145 Workshop, you will be instrumental in leading and coordinating maintenance activities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all tasks align with aviation regulations and industry standards.
Workshop Team Leader Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a team of skilled aviation technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Hands on with workshop activities where required
- Manage day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring seamless workflow in compliance with Part 145 regulations.
- Oversee and uphold high standards, guaranteeing compliance with CAA/EASA and FAA Part 145.
- Ensure meticulous completion of work cards and job packs, maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and MRP systems for logging completed work.
Workshop Team Leader Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to interpret schematic circuit diagrams and engineering drawings.
- Supervisory experience within a relevant industry is required
- Proficiency in using relevant bench and assembly tools.
- Experience in electro-mechanical fault finding, disassembly, and testing.
- Computer literate, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and MRP Systems.
