About you:

We are looking for a Highly motivated team player to join our ERP Division, the Consultant will support our customers with the Implementation of their Financials software (Coins). Maintaining responsibility for system requirements gathering and mapping business process. Demonstrating meticulous and persistent problem solving skills, delivering value into our customer base. You will have understanding of Construction and/or Housebuilding sector defined business processes. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with experience in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

  • Qualifications/experience in Quantity Surveying or Accounting for the Construction sector
  • Able to present effectively and develop end-user knowledge and understanding of software solutions.
  • Basic - Intermediate Accounting/Bookkeeping skills.
  • Good presentation design and delivery skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Report design and writing skills using software tools.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Deliver client workshops on Cash Book, VAT, General Ledger, Contracts Sales, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Subcontract Ledger modules/Configure and implement Cash Book, VAT, General Ledger, Contracts Sales, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Subcontract Ledger modules
  • You will deliver software walkthroughs of COINS ERP+ Cash Book, VAT, General Ledger, Contracts Sales, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Subcontract Ledger modules whilst requirements gathering, introduction & review of COINS SureStart Coding.
  • Training end-users on software and business processes, delivery of Webinars and Seminars on subject area (internal and external) and collaborating with other technical teams
  • You will be Integral in the development of the product area- Identifying opportunities for software enhancements.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Fundamental understanding of Cost Accounting, Construction Accounting Systems and Financial statement interpretations
  • Good technical skills in understanding Database Tables and Fields
  • Understanding of Trial Balance and Financial Statement interpretation
  • Understanding of Document Management and OCR applications
  • Meticulous and persistent in problem solving, with the ability to use diplomacy to manage any project issues effectively
  • Data File management and configuration for loading data and experience in building DataMart and Datasets definition
