Before reading on, please note that due to the environment and information you're handling, you will ideally need an in-date DBS check to share with us, or be willing to go through a DBS check asap (self-funded and paid back to you once commencing work).
You will also be required to cover and work within one of the 4 following groups of locations:
- Barnet / Harrow
- Enfield
- Hammersmith & Fulham / Kensington & Chelsea / Camden / Westminster
- Hillingdon/ Brent/ Ealing / Hounslow
Specifically, we are looking for Multi-Site Administrators who will be going into schools and supporting with adhoc administration for 1-2 sessions a day, working alongside a team of administrators and nurses.
On an average day you'd find yourself starting at your local head office, picking up the forms/equipment for the day and then taking it to a designated school where you'll meet your team and be supporting on completing forms, any required admin and helping to smoothly complete the sessions, finishing the day back at the office to turn in the forms from that day.
This role is temping until the end of December at least with weekly pay every Friday at the rate of £12 per hour + holiday pay + mileage paid out at 0.25p per mile if driving.
Working hours/days of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and overtime is available - Please note that we are open to full time applicants as well as part time options who can offer fewer hours/days too.
Please do note before applying that the below are essential to any application and being able to proceed:
- A valid and live DBS until at least the end of 2024 OR willing to have a DBS check done asap!
- You will need to be able to travel to one of the groups of sites mentioned above.
- Must be available for a temp role to start in September and available until the end of the year.
- Finally, you will need to have a good level of administration skills and be open to a role that involves travel and being "on your feet" a lot of the day.
