Property Surveyor / Permanent / £53,000 - £56,000 / Housing Association:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a National Housing Association who are looking to recruit a permanent Property Surveyor to cover their North London patch. This role offers up to £53,000 - £56,000 per annum including car allowance.
Property Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Role:
- Responsible for leading and managing delivery of property investment, service & inspection and repairs services to parts of the property portfolio
- Ensure timely delivery of services, ensure all properties are kept in a good condition within property strategy targets
- Ensure compliance with commercial and contract management arrangements, ensuring the contractual obligations are met
- Manage project performance and working with the quantity surveying team ensure robust financial forecasting, processing of valuations and contract instructions
Property Surveyor - Housing Association - What You Need:
- 3+ years experience of managing property activities in housing
- Experience working within social housing maintenance and planned investment sector
