A specialist MGA is currently looking for a
Business Analyst
to join their
Operations and Change team
within their
London office
permanently.
You will be responsible for supporting the operations and change team with a variety of change initiatives, initially supporting the implementation of an insurance underwriting and policy administration system.
The successful candidate will be:An experienced Business Analyst must have experience working within the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Demonstrable experience in supporting IT change initiatives. Experience using change management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required.
