£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

I am working with a rapidly growing SRA-regulated professional services firm, who are currently seeking a bright, positive, and proactive Client Success Manager individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success or Business Development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, working directly with clients and driving the business development function of their firm. The Client Success Manager position is evenly split between nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities, predominantly supporting tech-enabled businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Existing Clients:

  • Champion their Client-First strategy by understanding client priorities and needs.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with their current client base, identifying opportunities to provide additional value.
  • Support Client leads with regular client check-ins, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of outputs.
  • Surprise clients with thoughtful and timely gestures; cards, etc.
  • Assist the People and Operations Manager with ad hoc client support.

New Clients:

  • Conduct calls and be the first point of contact for new business inquiries, understanding needs and directing leads to appropriate departments.
  • Assist in producing proposals, working closely with the Marketing team.
  • Manage initial prospect interactions, updating the early stages of the Deal pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, including masterclasses, client events, corporate hospitality, and webinars.
  • Participate in regular planning and review meetings, contributing innovative ideas.
  • Maintain a calendar of key events for the team to attend for business development purposes.
  • Build and maintain a personal network by attending relevant events.

Ideal Client Success Manager Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success or Business Development.
  • Previous experience working in the professional services sector is ideal, but not required.
  • Collaborative with the ability to form and maintain effective relationships.
  • Enthusiastic about interacting with clients, employees, and new contacts.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with limited supervision.
  • Approachable, highly organised, and capable of managing a fast-paced, varied role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
