Housing Assistant– Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield are currently representing a national Housing Association to recruit a Housing Assistant to their North East region on an initial full-time temporary contract of 3 months. This is hybrid working position with a mixture between home working, site visits and office attendance and will be paying £16-£17 per hour via umbrella.
Housing Officer – Housing Association – About The Role:
- Assist the wider team with administration duties
- Attend appointments and home visits with Housing Officers
- Provide advice to tenants and support the implementation of decisions where necessary
- Adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures
Housing Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Good working knowledge Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and high performance
- UK valid driving licence and driver
