Bid Administrator, 30k
Our client is a highly successful consultancy based in the heart of central London. They have an outstanding reputation and really value their employees. They are now looking for a creative bid administrator to join their team. The role will come with a wide variety of job duties, and you will join their creative and supportive bid team.
The role is full time, and you will be based at their offices 4 days per week.
Hours: 8.30-5.30pm
Typical job duties:
- Retrieve project information and keep project spreadsheets up-to-date
- Proof-read, edit and format documents - using Powerpoint and Indesign
- Liaising internally across the bid team, updating tender information, filling out questionnaires, collating research and updating reports
- Managing project time-lines, keeping track of bid tender deadlines
- Assist with photoshoots - helping with organisation
- Adhoc administrative for the team
Ideal candidate attributes:
- Skills across PowerPoint, Adobe, Indesign, Excel and Word
- Outstanding written communication skills - attention to detail, grammar and accuracy
- Strong editing and formatting skills
- Highly organised and process driven
- Able to multi-task
- Team player but also able to work on your own initiative
