Job description:

Job Overview

The Bodyshop Sales Advisor will support customers by processing coatings sales orders on the LKQ Bodyshop operating systems. The role will also be responsible for taking inbound sales calls and making regular outbound calls to designated customer bases. The Bodyshop Advisor will also be required to take daily service calls and/or customer service queries, escalating to second line support
as necessary, whilst upselling any current promotions to customers in turn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base
  • Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch
  • Processing inbound e-orders
  • Processing mixed paint orders
  • Taking initial customer service queries
  • Back-order processing
  • Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager

Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong eye for detail, especially when completing stock back orders and maintaining
  • communication at all times with customers.
