About the Job

In this role, your main goal will be to deliver a best-in-class service making that all-important first impression by showing customer care and professionalism. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating catering and room setups for client meetings and keeping staff breakout areas in shape. You'll also be working closely with Reception and Facilities to make sure everything runs smoothly, delivering high-quality services every step of the way.

Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up meeting rooms with meals and beverages, keeping all areas looking their best, and resetting rooms quickly after meetings. Regular checks and reporting any issues will be part of your routine, ensuring everything is in perfect order. Plus, you'll be handling supplies, collaborating with managers to review vendors and ensuring health and safety standards are met on-site.

About You

You'll be someone with hospitality experience, ideally in a corporate setting. You will have excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others. Being positive, communicative and capable of working both independently and as part of a team is crucial.

Staying calm and patient under pressure is a must, along with a professional demeanor and a drive to deliver exceptional service. Flexibility to support out-of-hours and weekend events is also important. Your role will involve answering client queries, covering for Reception during absences or holidays and keeping areas like the servery clean and organised.
