Graduate Building Surveyor - Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a supportive practice?

My client are a truly supportive and progressive consultancy, with a vibrant team of 13 based right in the heart of the historic city of Oxford, looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them.

This is an opportunity for an Graduate Building Surveyor, perhaps looking to transfer into building surveying or coming from a similar practice, needing further APC support.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will gain full exposure on an exciting and challenging client portfolio including the Oxford University framework, Oxford county council, the NHS and high value private properties.

Your role as Graduate Building Surveyor will be enriched with learning experience across all service lines, with a focus on project management/ contract administration.

Person specification

The chosen Graduate Building Surveyor will be a focused and determined individual, with a passion for building surveying and a confident communicator.

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Previous consultancy, private practice or similar construction background
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and a keen learner
  • Commuitable distance to Oxford city centre
