We are looking for an experienced customer service agency who can start an ongoing temporary role at a site in the Binley area of Coventry.
This is a role where you deal with collection and delivery of medical equipment within a call centre environment. You will be speaking to customers, local authorities, couriers or representative of the company.
There will be computer use, speaking on the phone, sending email and working with a process.
It's strictly office based working Monday - Friday.
What skills / experience is needed?
- Some experience working with a customer service role.
- Well-spoken and fully numerate.
- Able to follow a process.
- Fully computer literate.
- A friendly, warm personality and someone who can build rapport.
This role offers you.
- £12.82 p/hour
- 5 hours paid per week.
