We are searching for an Electrician to join the Operations & Maintenance team as a Solar Technician
You will be responsible for scheduled and preventative maintenance and servicing on Solar PV farms.
Job: Electrician - Solar Technician
Location: Southampton (multiple sites)

Electrician Responsibilities:
- Ahere to all Health & Safety regulations
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance and servicing
- Repair or replace components and prevent system failure or downtime
- Fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on all Solar PV systems with a focus on mechanical and electrical diagnostics of Power Inverters
- Emergency response
- Document all maintenance activities using reporting systems
Electrician Requirements:
- Electrical background
- Confident working independently
- Experience troubleshooting and fault-finding
- Confident using computer systems, spreadsheets, email, management and reporting systems
- Experience working with Solar PV is desired but not essential - training provided!
- Flexibility to work on-call, overtime, weekends and bank holidays
- Valid UK Driving Licence
