NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed fostering agency in South East. I am looking for an experienced home-based supervising social worker for their team.
They are a small IFA, operating for about 3 years - has 30 fos families already
45 per mile to 10000 miles and then 22p.
role is fully home based
No form fs, just supervision

Responsibilities
The home-based supervising social worker will supervise a complex caseload in East London using therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support. You will be mostly home-based with going to the office once per month.
The carers location is across East London, Romford, Harold Hill, Canning Town, Hornchurch, Tottenham and Barnet.
There is no requirement to complete form Fs assessments as part of the role. The caseload is 10 carers which means the role can offer nice work-life balance.
