Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to support operational managers in decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights to drive cost efficiency and profitability
- Forecast and manage budgets
- Translate Financial findings for non Finance personnel (Ops / Production / Factory)
- Trend analysis & KPI reporting
- Providing insight to FC & FD
Ideal Candidate:
- Part-Qualified Accountant /Qualified by Experience (QBE) may be considered
- Strong communication skills to build rapport
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data essential
- Good Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
