My client is a leading super-prime real estate brokerage based in London, specialising in high-value properties in the most prestigious areas of the city. Known for their discretion, elite network, and in-depth expertise in the luxury property market, they help clients buy and sell some of London's most exclusive residences. They are expanding their team and looking for a marketing professional to amplify their brand, elevate their digital presence, and reach an audience that appreciates high-end real estate.

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social media and brand building to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury or real estate marketing and a flair for creating high-impact, visually compelling content across digital channels. This role will be pivotal in enhancing their brand identity, increasing engagement, and building an affluent audience that aligns with the company's vision of luxury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy that resonates with high-net-worth individuals. Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, focusing on high-end visuals and storytelling that showcase our luxury properties.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Curate and create visually captivating content, including high-quality images, videos, and written posts, to tell the story of each property and the brand. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers as needed.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, clients, and influencers in the luxury and real estate sectors. Monitor comments and messages to foster a sense of exclusivity and maintain their reputation for discretion and client care.
  • Brand Development: Work with senior leadership to refine and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Develop innovative strategies to differentiate the company as a trusted authority in the super-prime market.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media and content performance, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. Provide monthly reports on key metrics, growth, and ROI, adjusting tactics to maximize results.
  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify and collaborate with luxury brand partners, influencers, and industry personalities to amplify our brand reach. Cultivate relationships with complementary luxury brands to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in luxury and real estate marketing. Propose new tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of the high-end market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, branding, and luxury or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience creating high-quality social media content and managing luxury brand channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices for engaging affluent audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in visual content tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) and social media management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and using data to inform strategy.
  • A passion for luxury real estate, architecture, and design, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently within a small, fast-paced team.
