We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Dispute resolution department and will be working closely with an Associate Solicitor conducing Landlord and Tenant Possession matters.
Previous experience of working on Property Litigation and Landlord and Tenant matters is essential for this role.
You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking new enquires
- Opening new files
- Drafting applicable notices to tenants
- Drafting claim forms and particulars of claims
- Drafting witness statements
- Drafting Reply to Defences and Counterclaims
- Preparing bundles for court
- liaising with Clients, Counsel, Court and Defendants.
