Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker committed to providing consistent, high-quality support to children and families?
In this role, you will manage a caseload of children and families requiring ongoing support, working to create and maintain stable environments that promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of children and families, providing long-term support and intervention.
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers to support their ongoing needs.
- Ensuring all interventions comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Advocating for children and families to ensure they receive the necessary support and resources.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in a social work role, particularly in long-term support of children and families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and family support.
- Ability to manage a complex caseload effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
