Due to continued growth within its employment client base, a role has come up for an Employment Paralegal within a growing law firm in Southampton.
as the ideal candidate, you will be a Paralegal having gained experience in areas such as reviewing and amending employment contracts and consultancy contracts, reviewing HR policies and staff handbooks, advising on HR matters including performance management, absence management, disciplinary processes, grievance processes and procedures, equality act matters and anti-compete issues.
Good communication skills are essential, as you will be regularly speaking with clients when taking instructions. You will be able to manage and prioritise your own caseload.
In order to apply for this role, you must have 1+ year's experience as an Employment Paralegal, otherwise your application will not be considered.
