We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager who is highly skilled, proactive and experienced in financial planning & analysis to join our award-winning client's team. The role will be based predominantly at the firm offices in the Winsor area with one day per week at the firm's London office and one day working from home.

This is an independent technology-enabled risk management advisory firm specialising in the management of FX, interest rate and other market risks.

The FP&A Manager will be offered a competitive salary plus bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, 25 days holidays and opportunities for development and training.

This role is pivotal in driving business growth through robust financial models and analytical strategies, and you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will lead efforts in optimising client activities, generating insightful reports, and providing expert advice across various business functions.

As FP&A Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support growth initiatives
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports and collaborating with different departments
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process with a close eye on optimisation
  • Reviewing and developing pricing strategies to maximise revenue
  • Conducting in-depth client profile analysis and producing detailed performance reports
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and providing broad support across the finance team
  • Provide ongoing reporting on revenue forecasts, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify key drivers of performance through variance analysis between actual results and forecasts

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Minimum five years' experience of working in commercial driven roles
  • Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, business partnering, and providing support to CFOs/FDs
  • Strategic thinker and able to provide high-level insights, while also being hands-on and involved in the details as necessary
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Acute business partnering ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's performance
