Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily support and development of students with Special Educational Needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to children with diverse needs.
- Assisting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
- Supporting the class teacher in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
- Helping students with personal care and mobility, if required.
- Promoting positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to deliver the best possible care and education.

Requirements:

You will be expected to hold or be willing to obtain Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau) and undergo due diligence checks on social media use.
