In this role, you'll oversee reception and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations. You'll manage the reception area, coordinate administrative duties, and assist in maintaining a safe work environment by guiding new employees on health and safety procedures.
This role would suit a Engineering Administrator with experience in switchboard operations and proficiency in MS Office interested in joining a well-established global leader in innovative technology solutions all while enjoying an early finish on Fridays.
The Role:
- Oversee reception/admin services
- Efficiently coordinate tasks while ensuring safety through health and safety inductions.
- Comfortable working 8-5:30 Monday - Thursday early finish Friday 8-1:30pm
The Person:
- Previous Administration experience
- Based in Burgess Hill area
- Previous experience with Switchboard, MS Office and Outlook is preferred
