HR Advisor - 12 month FTC
We are recruiting on behalf of an exceptional company for the position of HR Advisor to join their growing HR Team! Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you will contribute to the delivery of efficient, knowledgeable, and dependable HR services across their business.
This full-time, office-based position is located at their Head Office based in Blackburn. They seek an adaptable, resilient, and reliable individual with a passion for HR and people. About the role
- Location: Blackburn
- Contract: 12 months fixed term
- Hours: Monday - Friday, fully office based
- Salary: £31,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting on employee relations issues, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances for managers at all levels.
- Assisting with formal disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Participating in TUPE and redundancy matters, providing expert guidance to the business and employees.
- Using HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with current employment laws.
- Working to enhance the efficiency of the HR function and processes.
- Updating policies and procedures in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Head of HR.
- Handling ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- CIPD qualified with a desire to advance.
- Minimum of 12 months HR experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in employee relations with strong case management skills.
- Experience on SAP is beneficial but not essential.
