Finance/Office Manager

CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable business based in Winchester, Hampshire, to help them recruit a part time Finance/Office Manager to support the Operations Manager with financial, admin and health and safety tasks.

This is a busy, hands on role and will involve a variety of tasks on a weekly and monthly basis.

What will the Finance Manager role involve:

  • Purchase ledger invoicing
  • Raising sales invoices and allocating payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll management
  • VAT returns
  • Health and safety management
  • Greeting visitors and booking meetings
  • General office administration/ answering the phones

Suitable candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

  • Strong financial acumen and a good working knowledge of bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working to tight deadlines
