What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers via warm inbound calls, assisting with their insurance needs
- Convert short-term insurance cover to long-term policies, providing tailored solutions
- Upsell additional products and services, enhancing customer value
- Resolve general inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Deliver accurate quotes and pricing, building trust and confidence with every interaction
