Responsibilities include:
- Managing a small portfolio of Ltd companies, Group, and PE-backed businesses.
- Working closely with clients, acting as their financial accountant or financial controller for them
- Reviewing management accounts and financial reporting and
- Undertaking more complex consolidations and management accounts work.
- Identify broader business and operational needs, where the Firm can add value.
- Mentor, develop, and train junior accounts team members and clients' finance staff.
It is anticipated that you will be:
- A recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), with UK-based experience.
- You may be considering a move away from Audit, a return to Practice from a corporate environment,
- Be seeking to develop your career in a high profile Firm,
- Or aiming to improve your work-life balance, remuneration, or culture that you work in.
- Interested in management accounts work, cashflow forecasting, mangement reporting etc
Progression in this role could be to Manager, equivilent to a financial controller role, project accounting work, or specialising in a type of client such as energy, tech, pharma and other growth sectors.
